How listings get here
The board combines a researched starter collection with public employer feeds from Greenhouse, Lever, and SmartRecruiters. We link directly to the original application page. We do not represent employers or guarantee availability, compensation or replies.
What “checked” means
Curated listings carry the date they were researched. ATS listings carry the time their employer feed returned them. Discovery and employer posting dates are kept separate. A successful feed refresh only verifies listings from that feed, not every curated job. Older freelance projects should always be rechecked at their source.
Refreshes and coverage
Employer feeds refresh daily when deployment scheduling is enabled. Source status shows the actual latest attempt and any failures. Our initial coverage is limited to the listed employers; we do not claim to cover every company. An unavailable source keeps its last successful data rather than falsely closing jobs.
Your workspace is private
Browsing requires no account. Saving applications and profile details uses Google sign-in. Each account can access only its own tracker and profile. FrontlaneJobs stores your entered job details, notes, answers and dates to sync them across sessions and devices. Public job listings never contain your private answers.
Matching and alerts
Matching uses the skills and preferences you choose. Reasons describe known overlaps, not hiring predictions. Saved searches create private in-app alerts for newly published roles. Daily email updates are optional, use your verified account email, and can include matching jobs or all new jobs. We send these digests through Resend; no application notes, contact records, or document links are included. Unsubscribe using the link in any email or your account settings.
Private application details
Your workspace can also store recruiter contacts, interview notes, document-version links, preparation answers, and offer terms. These records are available only to your account. Documents remain links to files you control; we do not upload them or automatically submit applications.
Product usage counts
We count daily search, role-view, save, confirmed-application, and completed-follow-up events in aggregate. These counts do not include search text, contacts, notes, answers, or email addresses. A daily browser hash limits contributions and is kept for two days; aggregate counts are kept for up to 90 days. Your application progress is private and reflects recorded activity.
Public viewer counts
The footer shows unique browsers since viewer tracking began and browsers active within the last 90 seconds. An anonymous cookie remembers your browser for one year and renews while you visit. We store only a random browser ID and its latest activity time for these counters. Extra tabs and reloads count once; clearing cookies or using another browser counts as a new viewer. Counts update every 30 seconds while a tab is visible.
You control the record
You can edit or delete any tracker entry, export your tracker as CSV and clear profile fields. “Applied” requires an application date and your confirmation or receipt. A link click alone is never treated as an application. Do not put passwords, identity documents or payment credentials in notes.

FrontlaneJobs charges no fee to browse or track applications. External freelance platforms may charge their own proposal or membership fees. No purchases or proposals happen automatically here.
Built to stay useful
We use shared feed ingestion, deduplication, indexed private records and cached public responses. The initial release is not a load-certified large-scale service. We will measure and expand capacity as the audience grows.
